Who we are

AI Rap Video Maker ("we", "us") is an online tool that turns pet photos into short rap videos. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

  1. Account information — your name, email address and sign-in details.
  2. Content you upload — pet photos, optional audio files, lyrics and prompt text.
  3. Generated content — the studio images, audio clips and videos we create for you.
  4. Payment information — handled by our payment processors. We never see or store full card numbers.
  5. Usage and device data — pages visited, features used, browser and device type, and IP address, used for security, abuse prevention and improving the service.

How we use it

  • To generate your videos and show them in My videos.
  • To process purchases, keep your video balance and return seconds when a generation fails.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms and keep the service secure.
  • To answer support requests.

We do not use your photos, audio or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell personal information.

Service providers

To create a video, your photo, the selected audio and prompts are sent to our AI generation provider (SeeAPI) and, for secure media transfer, to a temporary file host (fal) whose links expire after one day. Payments are processed by the payment provider you choose (for example Stripe, Creem or PayPal). These providers process the data only to deliver their service.

Retention

Uploaded photos, audio and generated videos are kept privately for 30 days and then deleted. Download any video you want to keep. Account and order records are kept as long as your account exists or as required by law.

Your choices

You can download your videos at any time, and ask us to delete your account and content by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct or export your data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language. Analytics cookies, if enabled, are used only with your consent where required.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.
