Refund Policy

Failed generations

If a video cannot be generated, the seconds it used are returned to your balance automatically. You can see this in My videos.

Unused balance

You can request a refund for a purchase whose seconds have not been used, within 14 days of payment. Email [email protected] with your order number.

Used seconds

Seconds used for a completed video are not refundable, because the generation cost has already been incurred. If a completed video is clearly broken (for example it does not play, is cut short or has no picture), contact us within 7 days and we will return the seconds or refund that video.

Welcome offer

The $0.99 welcome offer is limited to one purchase per customer.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider. Timing depends on your bank or provider.
