Agreement

By using AI Rap Video Maker you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

You upload one or two pet photos and lyrics or audio, and we generate a short AI rap video. Results are created by AI models and vary: we do not guarantee exact lip synchronisation, a specific look or movement, or that a result matches your expectations.

What you may upload

  • Pet photos only. Photos containing any person or human face are not supported and will fail.
  • Only upload photos, audio and lyrics that you own or have permission to use.
  • Do not upload sexual, violent, hateful, abusive or illegal content, or content that infringes anyone's rights.

We and our providers may block, refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.

Your content and the videos

You keep the rights you have in what you upload. You give us the permission needed to process it to create your video. Subject to these Terms and the rights in your inputs, you may use the videos you generate for personal and social sharing.

Generated music is created by an AI model from your lyrics. We cannot guarantee that generated or uploaded audio is free of third-party claims (for example Content ID on social platforms). You are responsible for the audio you upload and for how you publish your videos.

Accounts and purchases

You are responsible for your account. Purchases add video seconds to your balance; they do not expire. Pricing, the welcome offer and refunds are described on the Pricing page and in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no automated scraping, reselling access, attempts to bypass limits or security, or using the service to harass or deceive others.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We try to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Independence

AI Rap Video Maker is independent and not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, CapCut, any artist or record label.
